Access to the Festival is via Burlington Lane (see map below). Please note that there will be a one way system in operation for cars. The Trust and local police have requested that taxis dropping off or picking up do so along Staveley Road on the stretch between the A316 (Great Chertsey Road) and Burlington Lane. Access to this road will be only via the A316. The entrance to the Festival is a 2 minute walk from Staveley Road. No vehicles will be allowed to stop outside the gate in order that we avoid congestion and traffic problems.
Please note that there is no car parking available at the site

Some areas of the Gardens will remain open to the public on the day via the usual pedestrian gates. However entrance to the Festival itself is only possible from the front of Chiswick House. If you are being dropped off by car, please turn into Staveley Road off the A316 and then make the short walk to the entrance. There are no car parking facilities at the House, please do not bring your own vehicle. This is a residential area well served by public transport.
Upon arrival at Chiswick House, a member of staff will give you a wristband and Festival Programme in exchange for your ticket. Please note that your wristband is non-transferable and wristbands should be worn at all times whilst at the Festival. The event will start at 3pm and run until 11pm.
It is important to note that there will be plenty of seating and cover at the Festival. Therefore, additional chairs, stools, gazebos, large sun umbrellas, etc will not be allowed onto the site. They restrict access, views and create health and safety issues. However, do feel free to bring picnic rugs if you wish to sit on the ground and umbrellas in the event of rain.
Please be aware that anything brought in will be left in Lost Property for the duration of the Festival and must be collected by the end of the event. House Festival cannot take responsibility for any items left in Lost Property.
No dogs are permitted on the Festival grounds.
Please note, there are no concessions or discounted tickets for children. Persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. All persons under the age of 18 will not be served alcohol.
The Festival site is wheelchair accessible however some areas on the Festival grounds are uneven and may prove difficult to navigate. Disabled toilet facilities are available on-site and members of staff will be on hand to help direct you around the Festival.
